Refund and Returns Policy
We accept returns or exchanges 15 days after the day you received your order. We don’t offer refunds on our e-book purchases once the item has been downloaded. We will not exchange a digital item for a physical item, or vice versa.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return or exchange, the name on your account, and your order number if you have it. We will send you further instructions on where to ship the item for inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to process.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days from the approval of your return, please email us at email@example.com.
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price, not the item original price.
